Privacy Policy

FliPro, Inc. (“FliPro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) builds AI-powered build-feasibility and value reports for properties across the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run the service, and we never sell your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Property addresses you search. When you look up an address or select a parcel, we collect and store that address and its associated location data so we can generate and re-deliver your report.
• Account information. If you create an account or sign in (including via Google), we collect your name and email address so we can authenticate you, deliver reports, and let you access your report history.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. FliPro never sees or stores your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. We receive only limited information from Stripe such as a transaction identifier, the last four digits of your card, the amount, and whether the charge succeeded.
• Report content. The reports we generate for you (and any preferences or notes you provide when ordering) are stored so you can view, download, and re-access them.
• Usage and device data. Like most websites, we may collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and how you interact with the site, primarily for security, debugging, and understanding aggregate usage.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site working. Non-essential analytics cookies load only after you consent (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate, deliver, and re-deliver your build-feasibility and value reports;
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle refunds;
• Authenticate your account and provide access to your report history;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the service;
• Send you transactional emails about your orders and reports (these are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while you have an active order); and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the service providers we rely on to operate FliPro, and only as needed for them to perform their function.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors (“processors”) to run the service. Each processes data only on our instructions and under its own privacy and security commitments:

• Stripe — payment processing. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive them.
• Google — Maps, Places, and AI services used to look up addresses, render maps, and generate report analysis (including AI analysis with Google Search grounding), as well as Google sign-in if you choose it.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email (your report link, receipts, and refund confirmations).
• Turso — our managed database, which stores your account, orders, searched addresses, and generated reports.
• Vercel — our application hosting and content-delivery infrastructure.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, to protect the rights, property, or safety of FliPro or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy).

5. Cookies and Analytics Consent

Essential cookies are required for the site to function (for example, to keep you signed in) and are always on. Any non-essential analytics cookies load only after you accept them through our cookie consent banner. If you decline, we do not load those analytics technologies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to buy or receive a report.

6. Data Retention

We keep your reports and account information for as long as you maintain an account, so you can revisit and re-download your purchases. We retain transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights — Access & Deletion

Regardless of where you live in the United States, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of any non-transactional marketing email. To make a request, email support@flipro.com from the email address associated with your account, or contact us through your account page. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

FliPro is intended for use by professionals and adults. Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site and reports may contain links to third-party websites and resources (such as municipal planning departments or county records). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of FliPro after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
